The project contemplates the construction of 40 households for families from three different provinces in Cambodia, impacting the lives of 218 people.
The project process consisted of 5 stages:
1. Meetings and follow-up: There is dedicated staff to meet with families to encourage topics such as the importance of saving. Also to monitor and verify the improvement in people's quality of life.
2. Training: New staff receives training and orientation from Tabitha.
3. Purchasing: Tabitha has a vendor/supplier in each province to respond to the different projects.
4. Transportation: Tabitha provides motorcycles for provincial staff during the process.
5. Construction: Tabitha has contractors in each province to make sure construction is completed on time. The households are half-timbered built on 2 meter high cement piles. The floor is bamboo/wood. Galvanized sheet is used as wall cladding. The roof is wooden framed with metal sheets on top.
