Our challenge
In the world, thousands of families in various countries live in extreme social emergency. They do not have decent housing or a shelter that provides them security and quality of life.
Our challenge is to promote and encourage NGOs to provide housing and habitat solutions by financing projects to improve the housing and urban conditions of the most vulnerable families in Latin America, Asia and Africa.
How do we do it?
We call to apply
Each year we invite various organizations and NGOs to apply for projects that focus on solutions for the “extreme social emergency” of housing.
We select to finance
We identify, evaluate and select projects to deliver the required financing.
We look for alternatives
We try to open realistic options for homes that do not “fit” into any existing housing program, whether public or private.
Measurable, clear results that mobilize families
We look for “process-oriented” proposals with clear and measurable results, their impact on the generation of urban and housing policies open to vulnerable people. We prioritize initiatives where families organize to start fighting for the land and their home.
Corporate social responsibility
We serve as a bridge between private companies and poor families for the development of social projects in the housing area.
We benefit with new homes and habitat improvements
We focus on benefiting families for a new home and/or improving them, contributing to the development of an adequate habitat that addresses the problems of overcrowding, water sanitation, access to drinking water, risk of natural disasters, among others.

Solutions
that we support
We promote
The right of families to access land.
The use of clean and sustainable energies.
Synergy through strategic alliances with social organizations, public and private sectors.
Research and exchange of knowledge applied to real habitat problems.
Influence public housing policies that penetrate the most vulnerable sectors.
New opportunities for organized groups, legally formed communities and NGOs to work in this area, gain experience and be able to undertake larger projects in the future.
We are open to the application of innovative proposals to address critical housing problems by providing resources for their implementation.
